Kamaole Beach Royale – Unit 306 Welcome to our cozy one-bedroom condo on the 3rd floor of Kamaole Beach Royale – easily accessible by elevator. Inside, you’ll find cool tile floors throughout and a comfortable California King bed in the bedroom. There’s also a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room, perfect for extra guests or kids. The kitchen was recently updated and has everything you need to cook and feel right at home—garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the cookware, utensils, dishes, and spices you'll need. For entertainment, both the living room and bedroom have flat-screen TVs, and there’s a DVD player in the living room too. You’ll also have your own washer and dryer in the unit, plus fresh towels and linens. One of our favorite features is the spacious lanai—furnished with a comfy love seat—where you can relax, watch the waves, catch gorgeous sunsets, and even spot whales in season. There’s central A/C to keep you cool and free high-speed WiFi to stay connected. We’ve also stocked the condo with beach gear—chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler—so you’re ready to enjoy Kamaole Beach 1, which is just across the street. The building itself is solid concrete (nice and quiet), beautifully landscaped, and has a heated pool. Don’t miss the 7th-floor Rooftop Garden with panoramic views of the ocean and mountains—it’s a great place to grill dinner on the gas BBQs and meet fellow travelers at sunset. Parking is super easy with plenty of free, unassigned spots. If you ever have any questions during your stay—about the unit, Kihei, or Maui in general—we’re just a call, text, or email away. We’re happy to help with suggestions for things to do, places to eat, or must-see sights. Maui is full of amazing adventures—from beaches and ocean activities to hiking, golf, ziplining, and more. Local restaurants are top-notch, especially if you love fresh seafood with island flair. We’re just a quick 20-minute drive from the airport, and you’ll be within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. We do recommend renting a car if you plan to explore the island, though there’s also an affordable public transit system. Rates include Hawaii state tax (14.425%), and there’s a $200 cleaning fee per booking. We hope you enjoy your stay and love this little slice of paradise as much as we do!

Security & Building Maintenance Our unit has a Ring video doorbell at the front entry only. There are no other cameras inside our unit. Quarterly Pest Control The condominium building conducts scheduled pest control service once per quarter for all units. During this time, a licensed technician may need brief access to the condo (typically under 10 minutes) to apply treatment. The products used are non-toxic and generally odorless. Because this service is scheduled by the building management, we unfortunately don’t control the exact timing. If pest control is scheduled during your stay, we will notify you. You don’t need to be present for this. Our property manager will escort the technician and stay with them while they access each unit.
